Academic Dishonesty Question
And so as the title indicates, I have an academic dishonesty question. I am currently a 1L at a T3 school and accept recently been charged with two counts of academic dishonesty. Information technology is no excuse, but I am a foreign student studying in America for the offset time and failed to consider the differences in our systems equally to what is and is non against the rules equally far as collaboration goes. Anyway, it is almost certain I receive two F's and am fighting a interruption. Regardless, this is an obvious setback. I am now wondering if I am to go on with my teaching and graduate, what is the likelihood I pass Character and Fitness and get admitted every bit an attorney? I take been doing some independent enquiry on the standards for different jurisdictions, but was wondering if anyone has went through something similar and can share their experiences. I would rather non go along the investment in my legal teaching if at the end, I cannot be admitted to practice anywhere. I have been candid with the administration this entire time and will do the same with any Board of Bar Examiners, only wonder if information technology will even matter in the cease. Any advice or input from anyone who has undergone something like would be greatly appreciated.
